But as the owner of Patizon products, you don’t have to worry. We manufacture in the Czech Republic, and for these and many other unexpected mishaps, we offer both out-of-warranty and post-warranty service for our products.
Oh, and let’s not forget—we can also send your sleeping bag to a "spa" (meaning we can wash it for you)!
How does the repair process work?1) Get in touch with us. Call us at +420 720 034 378 or send an email to lenka@patizon.com. We’ll discuss what happened, and you’ll describe the issue—attaching photos if possible. We will evaluate the demage and cost of repair. We will also collect contact details for returning the repaired item. 2) Send the product. Pack it up and send it to our office: 3) The repair process can take up to 30 days. 4) Once the repair is done, we’ll ask for payment 5) After receiving the payment, we’ll send your repaired product back. A few simple rules:1) Out-of-warranty service applies only to damages that are not covered by the original product warranty. 2) We only accept Patizon products for repairs. 3) Items must be clean before we accept them for repairs, and all repairs must be arranged via phone or email in advance. 4) The price depends on the extent and complexity of the repair. We commit to keeping the cost as low as possible. We'll discuss the price with you beforehand. |

Washing Your down sleeping bag or jacket is more than essential. You do not need to worry that washing can demage it - quite the opposite. Regular washing can help keep the loftiness of the down and is benefical to its longevity. You can wash Your sleeping bag / jacket by yourself. Actually, it is not that hard, especially with product with less than 300 g of down. Check the instructions here. But If You want to leave it to professionals, here is what to do:

We will arrange the details with You, including shipping. 2) The price for professional washing and cleaning is 50 EUR. Payment is easy—via bank transfer od PayPal. 3) The entire process can take up to 21 days, after which your sleeping bag will be returned to You—fresh, clean, and ready for your next adventure! |
