Lighweight and highly functional insulation jacket with hybrid construction.
Patizon Exo 100 uses hybrid construction. Different parts of the jacket use different insulation materials.
- The main insulation used in body and part of the sleeves is 75 g of premium european goose down with 850 cuin fill power, RDS certificate and hypoalergic treatment.
- On shoulders, under arms, in collar, hood and lower back, the jacket features CLO Vivo Endurance 80 g/m² synthetic insultaion. It does not need to be stiched in chambers, which allows for more effective insulation. Furthermore, it has an excellent moisture managment. It is made with raw recycled material.
We use top quality material Toray Airtastic (38 g/m²) with water-repellent DWR treatment .
The DWR treatment has 80 % efficency after twenty laundry cycles.
The CLO Vivo Endurance panel on the side of tha jacket lead to the under-arm area, where it is cut out to ensure the best breathability and freedom of movement possible.
Using the CLO Vivo Endurance insulation on shoulders allows for a raglan cut for absolute freedom of movement and it insulates the shoulder area with a stitch free insulation.
Hood compatible hood is fully adjustable using one hand. The ends of the draw cords are ended on the inner side of the collar and the adjustment point on the sides are hidden under material for the cleanest look possible.
Main central SHZ zipper has double sliders, it is made from recycled materials.
The jacket has 5 pockets. Two main pockets with YKK zippers are lined with merino wool to maximaze warmth feeling on your hands. On the inned side, there are two bigger pockets ideal for storing gloves for example. On the chest, there is a small zippered chest pocket.
Anatomically shaped sleeves are finished with stretch lycra for maximum comfort.
The lower brim is adjustable with a draw cord using one hand.
