A unique down jacket that combines not only multiple types of insulation, but also two distinct construction methods. At its core is an anatomically shaped down jacket, enhanced with several panels of synthetic insulation to achieve a perfectly sculpted fit. This ultralight down layer is then fully covered with a non-quilted membrane shell, which dramatically increases the jacket’s resistance to harsh weather while giving it a cleaner, more streamlined look. Naturally, the hood is helmet-compatible. The perfect jacket for demanding missions in adverse conditions.

Patizon Exo 100 Dry uses a hybrid construction, placing different insulation types exactly where they perform best:

• The primary insulation in the body and sleeves consists of 70 g of premium European goose down with 850 cuin fill power, RDS certification, and a hypoallergenic treatment.

• The hood, high collar, and side panels use CLO Vivo Endurance synthetic insulation (80 g/m²), which does not require quilting, offers excellent thermal performance, and handles moisture significantly better than traditional down. Of course, this insulation is sourced from recycled materials.

• The inner down jacket is made from Toray Airtastic (38 g/m²) with a durable DWR water-repellent finish.

• The outer membrane shell is crafted from CRAFTEVO® 2.5L laminate (100% nylon with a polyurethane membrane, 41 g/m²).

The jacket features a raglan sleeve design for unrestricted movement.
The helmet-compatible hood can be adjusted with a single rear drawcord, operable with one hand.

The jacket offers five pockets in total:

• Two classic hand pockets on the lower front, zippered and lined with a cozy merino-synthetic blend for cold hands.

• Two internal drop-in pockets placed behind the main hand pockets — perfect for storing gloves.

• One additional internal zip pocket on the left chest.

The anatomically shaped sleeves are finished with a comfortable elastic cuff with a dynamically contoured gusset that prevents heat loss while staying glove-friendly.
The hem is adjustable with a one-hand drawcord.
